Fast Delivery
Fern's Nutrition Staff makes every effort to ship the same day as you order.

Carrier
We use UPS for delivery for most all shipments. Some small orders may be
shipped via the U.S. Post Office.

Secure Delivery
All glass bottles are securely wrapped individually to insure safe delivery.

Shipping Cost
We provide free shipping for all vitamin and supplement orders over $100.00 on all ground shipments within the Continental U.S.

Shipping is $5.00 for orders under $100.00 on all ground shipments within the Continental U.S.

Metagenics Shipping
We are happy to provide you with Free Shipping for our Metagenics Product Line.
(For customers outside CA, there is a shipping fee for a small number of Metagenics® products which require refrigeration packaging and must be shipped via 2nd Day Air. This fee is $15.00 for the entire order.)
