Cardaurum Drops are effective for organic and functional affections of the heart, mainly cardiac neurosis. Cardaurum Drops are also useful in cases of arrhythmia, tachycardia, extra systoles, constrictions, angina pectoris, coronary insufficiencies, strong pulse, palpitations, excitations and vegetative dystonia.
Aconitum improves cardiac neurosis with anguish and agitation, as well as strong pulse.
