Meridian Complex
Meridian Complexes are combinations of plant, animal and mineral substances that have an influence upon the energy flow within the acupuncture meridians. Traditional Chinese acupuncture defines illness as an excess or deficiency of energy within a meridian. The main effect of these complexes is release and regulation of blocked energy circulation within the acupuncture meridians.
Organs and meridians are closely related. The energetics of the meridians effect specific neurological reflexes before having a final effect on the organ. Put another way, the neurological system acts as a switching substation for energy transferred to specific end organs.
The acupuncture pulses are a direct electrical reflection of the status of the neurological switching control system of each organ. Making a change in the energetics of the meridian is reflected in the neurological switching control system (substation) and in the end organ system. This phenomenom gives us the pulses and other acupuncture points for diagnoses as well as measuring points for effectiveness of treatment.
An adequate flow of energy is necessary for healing. These meridian complexes can be used to alter acupuncture meridian energies effecting both the neurological substations and the end organs of the meridian.Bladder Drops - An imbalance in the Bladder can cause such psychological symptoms as habitual fear, lack of decision making capability and a diminished moral character. If the imbalance becomes chronic, it results in such emotional responses as jealousy, suspicion, and holding on to long-standing grudges.
Gall Bladder Drops- Regulates energy flow in the Gall Bladder meridian and thereby affects the primary organ, the Gall Bladder.
Heart Drops - Regulates energy flow through the heart meridian, and affects the primary organ, the heart. Conditions arising due to energetic disturbances on the course of the heart meridian, such as: constipation, angina, (radiating down the left arm, into the neck and lower jaw, and in some cases, the left side of the face), globus hystericus, cardiogenic depression.Kidney Drops - Useful in kidney disorders such as nephritis, pyelonephritis, nephrosis
Large Intestines Drops - Regulates energy flow on the large intestine meridian and thereby affects this primary organ. Conditions arising due to energetic disturbances on the large intestine meridian, such as: Tennis elbow, shoulder-arm syndrome, cervical syndrome, sinusitis, trigeminal neuralgia. On the basis of its energetic effects MC05-05 is useful as an adjuvant in the treatment of colonic disease such as dysbiosis, chronic diarrhea, colitis, IBS and other inflammatory intestinal diseases.Liver Drops - Regulates energy flow in the Liver meridian and thereby affects the primary organ, the Liver. Disturbance due to disturbed energy flow along the course of the liver meridian such as: Eczema of the 1st and 2nd toes, ulcers cruris of the medial side of the tibia, inguinal eczema, phlebitis on the medial side of the lower leg, impotence, gall bladder disease, lung disease, breast disorders such as cystic mastitis, cardiac disorders, trigeminal neuralgia, sinusitis, headaches, constipation, dysbiosis. On the basis of its energetic effects, MC06-07 is useful as an adjuvant in liver disease such as hepatitis, cirrhosis and many other diseases in the body.
Lung Meridian - Regulates energy flow on the lung meridian and thereby affects this primary organ.
Disturbance to energetic disturbances on the lung meridian, such as: shoulder-arm syndrome, large intestine disorders, chronic coughing. On the basis of its energetic effects, MC07-06 is useful as an adjuvant in lung disease such as bronchitis, emphysema, asthma, pneumonia, COPD and other breathing disorders.
Pericardium Drops - Regulates energy flow in the pericardium meridian and thereby affects the primary organs, the circulatory system. Disorders due to disturbed flow on the pericardium meridian, such as: Circulatory disorders, in the upper arms, cardiac disorders, stomach disorders. On the basis of its energetic effects NDMC08-10 is useful as an adjuvant in the treatment of vascular disorders such as hypotension, peripheral ischemia, Raynaud's syndrome, etc.
Small Intestine Drops - Regulates energy flow in the small intestines meridian and thereby influences the primary organ (the small intestine). Energetic disturbances occurring along the course of the small intestine meridian, such as: Shoulder-arm syndrome, Bursitis, cervical syndrome, lymphangitis affecting the submandibular lymph nodes, trigeminal neuralgia in the 2nd and 3rd divisions of the trigeminal nerve, low blood pressure, cardiac dysfunction, hearing disorders, conjunctivitis, gastric dysfunction. MC09-01 is suitable for use as an adjuvant in the treatment of clinically obvious small intestine disease such as Crohn's and other similar symptoms.
Spleen/Pancreas Drops - Regulates energy flow in the Spleen and Pancreas meridian, thereby affects the primary organs. Conditions due to energetic disturbances on the course of the Spleen and Pancreas meridian, such as: Eczema of the big toe, ulcer cruris, thrombophlebitis of the medial side of the leg, epigastric disorders with a feeling of fullness after meals. Breast disease such as cystic mastitis. MC10-03 is an adjuvant in the treatment of Pancreatitis, diabetes mellitus, splenomegaly, glucose intolerance, stimulation of the reticulo-endothelial system in cases of infection and toxicity.
Stomach Drops - Regulates energy flow through the Stomach meridian, and thereby influences the primary organ, the stomach. Conditions arising due to energetic disturbances on the course in the Stomach meridian, such as: Eczema of the second toe, neuralgia and chronic pain of the anterior part of the thigh and lower leg, Inguinal eczema, epigastric disorders, gastrocardiac syndrome, breasts disorders such as cystic mastitis, and other conditions such as sinusitis, trigeminal neuralgia, goiter, and functional thyroid disorders. On the basis of its energetic effects, MC11-04 is useful as an adjuvant in the treatment of stomach disease such as gastritis, gastric ulcers, etc.
Triple Warmer Drops - Regulates energy flow in the triple warmer meridian and thereby affects the primary organ, the endocrine glands.
