INGREDIENT FUNCTION
Nitricum Acidicum is effective in relieving heart palpitations produced by minimal exertion and helps exhaustion caused by frequent nocturnal perspiration.
Phosphoricum acid aids general exhaustion, especially of the cerebrospinal system.
Calcarea jodatum increases the viscosity of the blood and acts on the thyroid together with Ferrum jod. and Sulfur. jod.
Ferrum jodatum helps to relieve symptoms resulting from irregular blood circulation. Some of these symptoms are stomach disturbances, frequent nose-bleeds, headaches, feeling of weariness, etc.
Sulfur jodatum is a key remedy in those cases where the indicated remedies do not produce a desired reaction. Sulfur. jod. can cure the case, even though it did not yield to previous therapy, or it will be complementary to the indicated remedy that follows. Old uncured symptoms may reappear temporarily but are then followed by a final cure.
Nux vomica acts as a tonic the circulatory system, and helps with cardiac complaints.
Lycopodium clavatum helps with aortic disease, heart palpitations at night, and circulations.
Lymph, Spleen, Bone marrow, Parotid are used for supporting the associated glands.

Dr. Reckeweg called these new remedies "antihomotoxic remedies," using a Latin term that implies their ability to counteract toxins in man. He considered these remedies a bridge between homeopathy and western medicine because they allowed prescribing according to the disease patterns.
This approach sufficiently differed from the time-honored, but narrowly defined approach of classical homeopathy that treats according to the patient's constitutional patterns.
